Are all signs customizable?
All of our large signs are customizable. They can also be ordered as is, by choosing the 'Order As Is' button instead of the 'Customize' button.
POS Signs come in two versions. Customizable POS signs can be customized, just like large signs. POS Kits are designed to contain just about everything you need, and are not customizable. You can customize POS add-ons, so even your POS kit can look unique!
What does POS mean?
POS stands for Point of Sale. It typically refers to small price signs that are placed near products, and not in windows or elsewhere around the store.

What is a substrate
A substrate just means a material. Like paper, vinyl, or cling.
How long does it take for me to get my sign
That depends on the options that you choose. We offer either 3 or 4 business day options for printing and packing. Then, you can choose your preferred shipping method, including UPS Overnight.
I just realized I made a mistake in the spelling of my custom sign. How do I cancel my order?
Quickly shoot us an email to help@storesigns.com. If we can stop the order in time, we will. If it was sent to print, unfortunately it is too late.
Can you print double sided signs?
In the near future.
Will the sign look exactly the way it does on my screen?
Because of different monitor calibrations, the sign that you receive may look slightly different then the way it appears on the screen.

Can I upload a photo to my custom sign?
You can upload a vector image or logo to your sign. (If you don't know what vector is, see
this page. Typical vector file formats are .eps, .ai, or a PDF created from any vector file.
We do not support JPEG or other bitmap image uploads. That is because including those types of files on a poster can result in really lousy prints if the uploaded file was not prepared correctly. For example, a typical scanned or digital camera JPEG or PNG file will be severely degraded if it is enlarged to our large poster sizes. Additionally, JPEGs do not support transparency; which means that if your logo or image is not square or rectangle there will be a large white box around it.
We want to provide you with the highest quality product, and so we don't allow uploads of files that can ruin the sign. If you'd like a quote on professional design that may be able to include your existing artwork, please email us at help@storesigns.com
My sign arrived damaged, what now?
If you did not yet accept shipment, dont! Refuse the delivery if the box looks torn or tampered with. Then send us an email to help@storesigns.com, letting us know that your sign arrived damaged. We will contact you to issue a replacement.
