We at storesigns.com are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients.  The following privacy statement will clarify exactly what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

When you open an account at storesigns.com, we will ask you for your name, address, phone, and email address.  This information is the basic necessary information required for us to be able to serve you and provide you with our signage products.  This information is only used internally and will never be sold or given to a third party.  Additionally, our website may collect cookies.  An HTTP cookie is a small text file that contains a unique code.  The cookie serves technical purposes, such as remembering authentication (so you don’t have to sign in more than once), remembering shopping cart items, or remembering various preferences.  The cookie can also help as track usage of our website in order to make sure that people visiting the site have an easy time finding what they’re looking for.  Our cookies do not collect personal information about you, do not snoop around your computer, and are not accessible by third parties.  They are exclusively for our use in providing a quality online experience.

The personal information we collect is the minimum required in order to bill you for our services and mail you the signs.  Accurate personal information allows us to differentiate between clients and prevent fraud or mistakes.  Additionally, if you choose to receive our e-mail newsletter, we will also need your e-mail address.  Remember – e-mail is not a secured form of communication and you should not give over credit card information via e-mail.  Your personal information collected for billing and shipping will only be used for billing and shipping; your information will never be given or sold to a third party.  Likewise, we will never give away your e-mail address to anybody.  If you wish to discontinue receiving our newsletter, click the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the email. 

Your personal information is stored on our secure servers.  Nobody has access to these servers but us.  Upon signing up, make sure the address starts with ‘https’ in stead of ‘http.’  HTTPS stands for Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure.  That’s how you know it’s secure.  Additionally, many browsers have a small icon that shows you whether or not the web page you are viewing is secure.  Our online payment system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  Additionally, all employees here at storesigns.com are well-informed of the privacy policy and know how to handle customer information.

We use analytics software to gather data on users behavior. At no time is personal information collected.
