We have over 25 years of large-format expertise with equipment that is literally second to none. Our KBA Rapida 205 six-color 81-inch press with inline UV coating and dryers (as well as extended delivery) allows us to
produce displays and oversize print jobs on
substrates from 80# coated to 48pt
board. Awarded the prestigious PIA/GATF
InterTech award, our KBA Rapida 205 features
a maximum sheet size of 59.5" x 81" runs at
a speed of 9,000 sheets per hour, and allows us
to consistently create color-accurate, larger-than-life impressions in the fashion, cosmetics, beer, liquor, beverage, food, entertainment, sports, financial service, and pharmaceutical markets.

High quality color accuracy.

Accurate color is no accident. Our in-house 3rd party Color Management staff ensures quality controlled color matches that comply with or exceed GRACol Standards. From calibrated cameras in our darkroom through hardware and software calibrated display stations, every step in our production process is expertly fingerprinted, profiled, micro measured, and proofed to the highest standard with full statistical analysis and process control so every sheet is produced with perfect, accurate color.

The challenge of building a proper fitting floor display prototype requires a combination of creative and hands on problem solving. Assembling and kitting hundreds of displays for in-store distribution requires a very different set of skills. With our custom packaging expertise and more than 125,000 square feet of production space, we can produce and drop ship any size job to every store in your chain on time, and within budget.
