Please read this carefully.  By accessing www.storesigns.com (herein referred to as “this site”) you accept upon yourself these terms, agree to them, and are bound by them.  These terms of use (herein referred to as “terms”) govern the use of anyone accessing this site.  All additional rules, regulations, and restrictions posted are hereby included in the governance of these terms.  StoreSigns has the right to alter this site and its terms without advanced notification at any time.  Usage of the site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.  It is recommended to regularly check the terms upon each visit to this site.

Terms of Payment

Upon purchasing our products you authorize that:

1. You agree to this site’s payment terms.
2. Any and all credit card information is accurate, complete, and true.
3. Your credit card company will honor all charges incurred.
4. All charges incurred by you, including fees, shipping, handling and taxes, will be paid by you in full, at the posted price.

No orders will be processed or completed without confirmation that full payment has been received.  StoreSigns reserves the right to add fees to certain orders that may incur additional services.  All posted prices are in U.S. dollars.  The credit cards accepted by this site are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  We do not except personal checks, company checks, bank checks, or money orders. We reserve the right to cancel or defer the acceptance or processing of any order at any time.

Errors and Inaccuracies

We do not purport to have a site that is completely free of errors and/or inaccuracies.  We do not make warranties or representations in any way implying, explicitly or suggested, regarding the products and/or content of this site.  Although we do make every effort to provide accurate information, there does, however, exist a chance that the information provided about a product’s price, availability, or any other details relating directly or indirectly to the product, may be incomplete or inaccurate.  We, therefore, do not claim that this site is error-free, completely updated, or make any warranty thereof.  We reserve the right to update the site without prior notice, be it correction of errors or any other change, as we see fit.  Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order submitted on the premise of an error and/or inaccuracy, upon or after submission, disregarding whether or not confirmation has been received that the credit card has already been charged.

Prices

Unless otherwise noted, the posted price for products on this site represents the retail price in full of said product that day.  We reserve the right to occasionally change prices as we see fit.  As previously noted, there does exist a chance that products listed on this site are mispriced.  If the displayed price is lower than the correct price, we reserve the right either to contact the buyer and reconfirm if he/she is willing to proceed at the higher price or to cancel the order and notify the buyer as such.  In such an instance where the order is cancelled, we shall refund the amount paid.

Taxes

This site, based out of New Jersey, is obligated to charge a sales tax of 7% to all items shipped within New Jersey. The tax rate is calculated based on the entire order cost, including shipping, as per NJ law.

Sales and Promotions

A participant in StoreSigns.com promotions or sales is subject to the rules and regulations of said sales or promotions and any restrictions applied therein.  Discounts will only be provided in accordance with complete compliance with said discount’s regulations.  Any coupon code used must be valid.  If the coupon has expired it will not be honored.  No offers, discounts, or promotions can be combined unless otherwise noted.  Discounts shall only apply to the signs themselves and shall not apply to additional items, services, shipping costs, and/or fees unless otherwise noted..

Spelling and Artwork Mistakes

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that any typed (customized) text or other uploaded art is print-quality and spell-checked.  StoreSigns.com is not responsible for loss of quality incurred due to poor-quality or mistaken uploads on part of the customer.

Refunds

 StoreSigns.com does not provide refunds for finalized sales.  Custom made signs on not resalable and are therefore useless to anyone but the buyer.  We will make every effort to achieve complete customer satisfaction with the product they do receive; however, we do not take products back or refund money.  Therefore, it is imperative that all submitted art and text be carefully analyzed, checked, and rechecked.  Errors and variations created by the customer are the customer’s sole responsibility; this site does not take responsibility for faulty uploads provided by the customer.  After the customer has provided final approval for the sign, no changes will be made by the staff of this site.  If unauthorized changes are made after final approval from the customer, a refund will be considered.

Shipping

Once a product is shipped StoreSigns.com relieves itself of all responsibility regarding the product and responsibility is thereby assumed by the customer.  For issues regarding the product after it has already been shipped we ask that the customer contact the shipping company directly.  Risk of loss and title pass to the customer from the moment of delivery to the carrying agent.  Once the product has been given over to the delivery carrier we discharge ourselves of all responsibility for damages that may be caused by delays thereof.  If a package does not arrive due to inaccurate information provides by the customer, the customer shall bear the additional shipping costs incurred.  Any additional shipping fees that may be incurred due to change of address, interception of delivery, or any other action that may necessitate additional payments will be charges to the credit card provided by the customer.  We thereby stress the importance of entering the right shipping information upon making the order.  Additional fees charged by the carriers themselves for undeliverable or unclaimed parcels shall be paid by the customer.  StoreSigns.com is not responsible for unclaimed packages returned to StoreSigns.com.  StoreSigns.com does not ship internationally.

Defects

A customer who believes that his/her product is defective must file a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product and email a photo of the damaged item along with order name, number, and contact information to help@StoreSigns.com for inspection.  If StoreSigns.com deems the product to be defective by fault of StoreSigns.com, the job will be redone at no additional cost, and shipped with the same method originally chosen.
Defects in take from stock products (displays and signware) can be refunded for their purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Site Use and Copyright

All content found on StoreSigns.com is copyright protected content owned exclusively by StoreSigns.com.  This includes all images, photographs, graphics, artwork, texts, fonts, design tools, software, HTML programming, and other information (“content”).  This site and all content contained within are the sole property of StoreSigns.com.  It is completely forbidden to copy, distribute, retain, publish, or use in an unauthorized manner any and all content found on this site without the express-written consent of StoreSigns.com.  Access is provided to this site for the sole purpose of purchasing StoreSigns’ signage products.  The content found in the site can be used within the context of choosing, designing, and purchasing signage products.  Usage of the content for the purposes of competing with StoreSigns.com is strictly forbidden and violates international copyright laws.  Use of this site is conditioned upon total compliance with these terms of use and copyright laws.  By agreeing to these terms, you thereby agree not to misuse this site for the production of malicious, unlawful, libelous, offensive, threatening, or harmful signs.  We reserve the right to terminate cooperation with bodies deemed violating these terms via the aforementioned objectionable usages.  Upon placing an order, you declare that you are warranted to purchase our signage products and that you warrant StoreSigns.com to produce your order.  Beyond the encryption of our servers and site, StoreSigns.com is not responsible for customer’s account access information (e-mail address and password).  StoreSigns.com will protect any and all information stored on our servers; however, this site is not responsible for unauthorized access facilitated by a lack of vigilance on part of the customer.  All materials and designs created by StoreSigns.com are the property of StoreSigns.com.  We reserve the right to use all of our sign designs as sample signs on this site and otherwise.

StoreSigns.com reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary to cancel. This may include signs that are customized to include: illegal drugs and drug contraband; weapons; pirated materials; instructions on making, assembling or obtaining illegal goods or weapons to attack others; information used to violate the copyright(s) of, violate the trademark(s) of or to destroy others' intellectual property or information; information used to illegally harm any people or animals; pornography, nudity, sexual products, programs or services; escort services or other content deemed adult related; profanity, racism, and any other customization that we feel may harm, provoke, or offend.

Limitation of Liability

StoreSigns.com’s licensors, employees, officers, directors, agents, suppliers, and vendors, or any other business affiliates involved directly or indirectly with StoreSigns.com are in no way liable for any and all damages of any kind, direct or indirect, incidental consequential, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from use of this site.  If during the course of usage of this site a client incurs any sort of damage as a result of loss of profits or data, be it as a result of interruption of service, mistake, delay, omission, or virus, disregarding whether or not StoreSigns.com was aware of the possibility of the incurring of damages, StoreSigns.com and its affiliates relieve themselves of any and all responsibility.  StoreSigns.com and its affiliates will never be liable or responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of misuse, unauthorized use, or inappropriate use of this site or the content found within.  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StoreSigns.com renounces all warranties, implicit or expressed, including but not limited to those implied regarding the merchantability of a given product.  StoreSigns.com is not liable for any and all damages of any sort caused by the usage of this site, including but not limited to consequential, punitive, incidental, direct, and indirect damages.

Trademarks

“StoreSigns” and “ StoreSigns.com” are registered trademarks in the United States.  They are the sole property of StoreSigns.  Any logos including or relating to the StoreSigns name are trademarked property of StoreSigns.com.  Any reproduction, publishing, republishing, transmitting, distribution, modification, posting, uploading, or otherwise misusing these registered trademarks is strictly prohibited without express-written consent.

Governing Law

By using this site you agree to defend and indemnify StoreSigns.com, including all its employees and affiliates against any liability, claims, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees.  StoreSigns.com is based in New Jersey.  Any legal action taken with regard to misuse of copyrighted materials or infringement in relation to usage of this site shall be under the governance of the law of the state of New Jersey.  By using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State courts and agree that these courts will be the means by which any legal actions will proceed.
